Education And Experience In Facial Plastic Surgery
Dr. Jon Turk received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College before attending medical school at SUNY-Downstate Medical College. From there he graduated with honors and was elected as the Clarence Dennis Surgical Scholar. He went on to complete his residency in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and served as a Fellow in Craniomaxillofacial Surgery at the prestigious University Hospital of Bern in Switzerland.

Dr. Turk is Double Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Recently featured in New York Magazine's edition of "America's Best Doctors," Dr. Turk was invited to join the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery's "Face to Face" program as part of the surgical team that performed reconstructive surgery in Croatia on victims of the Bosnian war.
